What you will learn

• Fire Inspections: Implementing fire codes and guidelines through grants, references, and fines for violations. This may also include collaborating with organizations and landowners to bring their offices into compliance.
• Fire Code Enforcement: Educating the general public about fire safety through outreach programs, school introductions, and community events. This can include demonstrating firefighting techniques, escape plans, and the proper use of fire extinguishers.
• Fire Prevention Education:Depending on the scope, the Branch of Fire Wellbeing may also have firefighting and crisis response abilities. As part of their responsibilities, they may work in fire stations, respond to fires and other emergencies, and provide clinical types of assistance.
